Welcome to the fourth edition of RHINOEDU MASTER DISSECTION COURSE. RhinoEdu is a scientific group founded in 2023 in Como, Italy, dedicated to the promotion of basic sciences, anatomical research, and the dissemination of surgical skills in endoscopic paranasal sinus and skull base surgery. This initiative is supported by a strong network of international opinion leaders in the field. The group is also supported by national scientific societies dedicated to the treatment of paranasal sinus and skull base diseases: the Italian Academy of Rhinology and the Italian Skull Base Society. Endoscopic approaches to the skull base have progressively evolved through continuous refinement of surgical technique and the introduction of increasingly sophisticated anatomical pathways and reconstruction strategies. This evolution has been driven by growing anatomical knowledge, surgical experience, and the integration of new technologies that have enhanced precision, safety, and outcomes in sinonasal, orbital, and skull base procedures. This course is designed to provide participants with high-level theoretical and practical training in endoscopic sinonasal, orbital, and skull base surgery, encouraging critical discussion on the indications, advantages, and limitations of each approach. Over the course of three intensive days, participants will be guided through progressively complex anatomical regions, beginning with advanced frontal sinus techniques, including Draf procedures and orbital approaches. This is followed by endoscopic transnasal craniectomies and modular maxillectomies focused on anterior skull base pathology. The final day addresses transorbital endoscopic surgery, emphasizing decompression techniques and orbital access. Hands-on dissection, direct interaction with faculty, and a strong international network make this course a unique opportunity for surgical refinement and knowledge exchange. Last but not least, the scenario of Lake Como will provide an amazing setting for this intriguing educational experience.
